Accommodations

This year’s meeting will be held at the Oakwood Resort & Spa in Grand Bend, Ontario (Tel: 1-800-387-2324).

Standard rooms with 2 queen beds are available at a discounted rate of $140/night if booked prior to September 15th (ask for the ESO special rate) and each room can accommodate up to 4 people.

Presentations, meeting business and Saturday Banquet will be held in the Terrace Room.

All meals on Saturday (including the banquet), breakfast on Sunday, as well as two coffee breaks on Saturday and one on Sunday morning are included with your registration fee.

In addition to the meeting activities, there is an 18 hole golf course, indoor swimming pool, and spa services that can be taken advantage of to help you unwind after your talk!

If you’d like to get out and explore the wilderness of Grand Bend, or choose to spend the weekend camping, Pinery Provincial Park is less than a 10 minute drive south of Oakwood Resort and features many trails, the single largest expanse of the rare oak savannah habitat in Ontario, coastal dunes, and excellent campgrounds and facilities!
