Paper & Poster Submission Form: Call for Papers ESO 2010 – Deadline for Abstract Submission is September 15, 2010

IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT THE UPCOMING ESO AGM ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Please note that all oral presentations are to be a total of 15 minutes in

length; 12 minutes maximum presentation time with 3 minutes devoted to

questions afterwards.

Poster boards are 3 feet wide by 4 feet tall, however ESO will make other

accommodations if necessary.

Cost

Registration fees include admission to all sessions, all meals on Saturday, including the banquet, breakfast on Sunday, as well as two coffee breaks on Saturday and one on Sunday morning.. Accommodations are separate (see Accommodations page) but a special rate has been secured for ESO 2010 attendees at the Oakwood Resort ($140/night for 2 queen beds if booked before Sept. 15). Student membership to the ESO is free through the ESO home page.
