Thanks for posting about your experience at El Copal. A gem of a place for rural ecotourism in Costa Rica that more people should visit. It's interesting to see that your experiences with ACTUAR were a bit frustrating. The first trip that our birding club did to the place went smoothly (although we also felt that directions to the place could have been better and all agreed that it would be confusing for people who don't live in Costa Rica), but we weren't able to do a second trip there for a day visit because of issues with ACTUAR. Still worth the effort to visit, however, in my opinion and thanks especially for posting Beto and Patricia's contact info.!
